MC10EP89D Overview
An excellent driver IC for common LEDs thanks to its enhanced 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a Tube package for this receiver.Since this is a Driver can transceiver, many solutions can use it for a variety of functions.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this wide receiver.A power supply of 4.2V~5.7V is used by this differential driver.It is possible to have up to 1/0 receivers/drivers in use simultaneously with this electronic part.Driver ICs with a supply voltage range of 3.3V can operate efficiently.This wide receiver has 8 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.As a standard package, this transceiver comes with a 8-pin layout that follows the market standard.In this ic receiver, the resolution was able to be set to a maximum of 1 bits.Additionally, the optical transceiver module's CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH -3V TO -5.5V SUPPLY IN NECL MODE function provides improved signal management accuracy and stability.This line driver integrating circuit represents a power-saving technique that is part of the 10EP series.Temperatures above 85°C are not permitted for this transceiver module.It is recommended that the operating temperature be above -40°C.
