MC10EL34D Overview
As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tube method. As part of the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, this clock generator is embedded. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 240. 16 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 5V. This Clock PLL will be fed by ECL as its input. The frequency generator has a maximum frequency of 1.1GHz. Surface Mount-slots make it easy to mount this electronic component on panels. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 5.7V of power. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.2V for normal operation. This clock PLL works with a supply voltage of 4.2V~5.7V. Test statistics estimate a temperature of -40°C~85°C, which should be set as the ambient temperature. As far as this electronic part is concerned, it can be classified as a Clock Generator component. An IC that generates clocks specifically for microprocessors, this clock PLL is 16-bits in si16e. This electronic part is a member of the 10EL series. At maximum 0.05 ns, this analog clock generator has low timing skew. The clock generator is configured with 3 pins for enabling true outputs.
