MC100EP16VAD Overview
Packaging is done using Tube.The package 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) includes it.For the device to function normally, voltage 3V~5.5V is supplied.The Surface Mount way is used to mount electronic parts.Temperature -40°C~85°C is set as operating temperature.There are several similarities among the electronic parts in the 100EP series.Through 8 terminations, signals are prevented from reflecting off the end of transmission lines.In CAN ALSO OPERATE WITH -3V TO -5.5V SUPPLY IN NECL MODE, it performs well.As an interface IC type, it uses LINE TRANSCEIVER.
