MC100EP139DWR2G Overview
Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. The 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package contains this clock generator. This Clock PLL will be fed by NECL, PECL as its input. There are 1 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. This clock-based frequency generator provides a frequency up to 1GHz Max.
