It has 20 I/Os programmed.A 28-WFQFN Exposed Pad-shaped packaging surrounds the device.There is a Tube case available for this product.In 2.5V~5.5V, it is provided as a votage.A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended.Working temperature range -40°C~125°C is required for the device.In order to achieve its performance, its output frequency must work at 400kHz.
