This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaged in a Tape & Reel (TR)-shape, IC management comes with a number of features. As a reference, this IC management includes 1 functions for your convenience. This power management is made up of 1 channels which are available in a series format. Please refer to power management for TO-253-4, TO-253AA functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 245. IC management conducts in a 3V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~125°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
