A handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used.Uses the handy Series package.The handy Tube package is used in this program.Voltage reference with ±1% tolerance.The user can enter input on the Adjustable form.For PCB designs requiring high performance, Surface Mount is available.I am qualified to work within -40°C~85°C TA.Applications with 1mA input are suitable for the reference voltage.In most cases, the voltage reference ic can provide a voltage input of 2.7V~12.6V.There is a fixed/minimum voltage of 1.23V.During operation, it uses a current of 130μA as its supply current.It would send a maximum voltage of 12.4V.The supplier device package for this voltage reference circuit is 8-SOIC.
