MAX6150ESA Overview
An easy-to-use 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is used. The handy Series package is used in this program. This program uses the handy Tube package.Various terminations with 8.For precise voltage reference, use ±1% tolerance. There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 5V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms. The voltage reference ic has 8 pins. The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 245.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.For applications with 1mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A voltage of 5.2V is required for its operation. It must be supplied with a voltage of 5.2V at a minimum. An input voltage of 5.2V~12.6V is common for the voltage reference ic.Voltage 5V is generated as a fixed/minimum value. In order to operate it, 145μA is the supply current. In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 5.1V.
