It is acceptable to ship in the way of Tube .For ease of transportation, it is packaged the power management in 48-WFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptability, Surface Mount provides a universal mounting method.The power management is intended for use at Bias Controller as well as other applications.It is recommended that the operating temperature of the power management ic be set to -40°C~85°C to prevent malfunctions.The power management runs on 2.7V~11V voltage.It is recommended that the power ic's supply current be conducted at 4.5mA .
