In the 30-LSSOP (0.220, 5.60mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.5V~16V voltage are supplied and operated. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -20°C~85°C TA. This switching controller can switch at 250kHz~1.1MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Current Limit, Power Good, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. Supplier dc dc controller package for this part is 30-SSOP.
