SC-74A, SOT-753 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Series control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~125°C TJ.It can be used with 20mA inputs.A voltage reference ic is usually capable of supplying a 2.9V~5.5V voltage input.It generates a fixed voltage of 2.5V.It operates on a supply current of 100μA for its operation.A supplier device package of SOT-23-5 is specified for this voltage reference circuit.
