LM4040BIZ-4.1/NOPB Overview
An easy-to-use TO-226-3, TO-92-3 (TO-226AA) package is used.The handy Shunt package is used in this program.This program uses the handy Bulk package.For precise voltage reference, use ±0.2% tolerance.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Through Hole.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.For applications with 15mA inputs, the reference voltage is suitable.A cathode current of 73μA is generally considered to be correct.Voltage 4.096V is generated as a fixed/minimum value.There is TO-92-3 device package associated with this voltage reference circuit's supplier.
