LM336BMX-2.5 Overview
Uses the handy 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.This part serves as a voltage reference and is controlled by a Shunt signal.The external packaging contains Tape & Reel (TR).In order to measure voltage accurately, a tolerance of ±2% must be used.Input can be entered via a Fixed form.Surface Mount can be used to make the PCB design more demanding.The voltage reference circuit can be used within the range of 0°C~70°C TA.It can be used by applications with 10mA inputs.The cathode current should be 400μA.This voltage is fixed/minimum.In this part, the supplier voltage reference ic package is 8-SOIC.
