A total of 14 terminals are used to mount this power management. Power management is packaged in a Tube way. IC management is packaged as a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. There are a lot of similarities between this IC management and other Sequencer products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 12V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. A supply voltage of 4 is used to conduct the PMIC chip. Power management has a total of 14 pins. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. The supervisors should be set to the following temperature: -40°C~85°C TA.
