ISL8700IBZ-T Overview
There are 14 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging is used. Specifies a reflow peak temperature of 260 for the package during reflow. The supervisor is always powered by a 12V volt supply. Power ics operate at 4 supply voltages. In total, IC powers are 14 pins on the board. Power management recommends the Surface Mount mounting type. The temperature of the supervisors should be set to this range: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
