ISL6745AUZ-T Overview
It comes in a 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 9V~16V. Worked in a -40°C~105°C TA dc switcher before. There is a switch at Up to 1MHz that can be used with this controller. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Frequency Control, Soft Start. There is 10-MSOP dc dc controller package associated with this part.
