There is greater flexibility with the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.A package of Tube has been used.This device is equipped with 4 drivers for its configuration.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.A gate type of N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.Temperature range 0°C~125°C TJ is allowed for this device.Non-Inverting is the input type used in this program.14 terminations constitute its foundation.A supply voltage of 12V is required for operation.There are 14 component pins on the board.There can be a voltage up to 36V on the high-side (Bootstrap).
