Gate drivers provides greater flexibilGate driversy to use the 10-VFDFN Exposed Pad package.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.In the direction of Surface Mount, gate drivers is mounted.When the supply voltage is 10.8V~13.2V it is able to demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.In this device, temperatures must not exceed 0°C~125°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.A boot strap voltage of 36V is the maximum possible high-side voltage.
