ISL6565ACB-T Overview
Capsuled in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. It is sufficient to generate 3 outputs with this dc motor controller. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosures. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 80kHz~1.5MHz.
