ISL6527CRZ Overview
Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Phase Control. There would be 16-QFN-EP (5x5) supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
