ISL6520AIRZ Overview
In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 300kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Phase Control. A 16-QFN (4x4) would be the supplier dc dc controller package for this part.
