ISL6520AIBZ-T Overview
The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 4.5V~5.5V. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with -40°C~85°C TA. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Phase Control which allows efficient switching control. Its supplier dc dc controller package is 8-SOIC.
