ISL6410IU Overview
It uses the Tube package in order to optimize the performance of this voltage regulator. A voltage regulator consists of 10 terminations. As far as the voltage input is concerned, DC DC switching regulator can accept up to 3.6V. A regulator with this 240 peak reflow temperature is essentially indestructible. An input voltage of 3.3V is required for switching regulator operation.
