ISL6405EEB-T Overview

The power regulator is ready for shipment in Tape & Reel (TR). Volatge output is set to 13V~18V by this voltage controller. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, Satellite Set-Top Box Designs and others. It is recommended that the operating temperature be set to -20°C~85°C in order to prevent malfunctions. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 8V~14V.
