ISL6210CRZ-T Overview
A higher level of flexibility is provided by its 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package.Tape & Reel (TR) represents the package.This configuration includes 4 drivers.There is a mounting bracket in the way of Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V demonstrates its superiority.Gate type N-Channel MOSFET has been used in its design.-10°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.The configuration is based on 16 terminations.In order to operate, a voltage of 5V has to be applied.The interface IC of the device is BUFFER OR INVERTER BASED MOSFET DRIVER.A board with 16 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 36V.
