ISL6208CB Overview
A higher degree of flexibility is achieved by adopting its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a package in the form of Tube.There are 2 drivers installed for this device.The device is mounted in the direction of Surface Mount.In the absence of a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage, it can demonstrate its superiority.This gate type has a N-Channel MOSFET design.-10°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Mosfet driver accepts input of type Non-Inverting.Mosfet driver is possible to set the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to 33V.
