ISL54504IRUZ-T Overview
The electronic component is convenient to ship overseas because it is packed in a 6-UFDFN. To ensure high reliability, a new packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. The ratio between the number of multiplexer and demultiplexer circuits is 1:1. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. A SPST - NO switching circuit is used for these analog switches. This multiplexer is composed of 1 circuits. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. 6-UTDFN (1.2x1.0) package is offered by suppliers.
