IH5140CPE Overview
The electrical component comes in 16-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) packaging, which makes it convenient to ship overseas. In order to provide high reliability, an advanced packaging method Tube is used. The multiplexer is located in Through Hole. 1:1 is the ratio of multiplexer to demultiplexer circuits. The operating temperature is extended to around 0°C~70°C TA. Total terminations are 16.
