For greater flexibility, the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted.Tape & Reel (TR) is the form of the package.For its configuration, it incorporates 2 drivers.It's mounted on the way to Surface Mount.In the absence of a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage, its superiority can be demonstrated.There is a gate type of N-Channel MOSFET in this design.0°C~125°C TJ is the allowed temperature range for this device.Non-Inverting is used as the input type.Mosfet driver is based on 8 terminations.A voltage of 12V is required for its operation.A board with 8 component pins is available.Mosfet driver is possible for the high-side voltage - Max (Bootstrap) to be as low as 15V.
