FIN3384MTDX Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) cases are used for delivery.Serializer/Deserializer is packaged in 56-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) case.There is a mounting type recommended by the manufacturer called Surface Mount.As a result of the device, the range of operating temperatures for -10°C~70°C TA can be varied.There is a 3V~3.6V volt supply output on the chip.LVDS forms are available for input.ICs with LVTTL output types are recognized.To operate 4 inputs, there are a number of options.Devices with 28 outputs can maintain them.An interface IC type LINE RECEIVER can be assigned to the part.Total 56 terminations are present.Its supply voltage is 3.3V.
