Its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package is adopted for higher flexibility.A package of Tube has been used.Gate drivers is configured wGate driversh 1 drivers.Its recommended mounting way is Surface Mount.A supply voltage of 10V~20V demonstrates its superiority.Gate drivers is designed wGate driversh a IGBT, N-Channel MOSFET gate.For this device, the temperature range is -55°C~150°C TJ.Non-Inverting is used as the input type in this program.There are 8 terminations to form the base of its configuration.Mosfet driver is designed specifically to run on 15V volts of power.As its interface IC, HALF BRIDGE BASED PERIPHERAL DRIVER is being employed.A board with 8 component pins is available.A high-side voltage can be set up to 600V (Bootstrap).
