FAN1655M Overview
A total of 1outputs are supported by this voltage regulator. The rectifier regulator is packaged in 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) in order to facilitate transportation. Currently available in Tube packages for shipping. There is a general voltage output of 1.1V~1.8Von this voltage controller. For easy adaptability, there is a universal mount Surface Mount. There are a variety of applications for the v, including Controller, DDR. In order to prevent malfunctions, the operating temperature should be set to 0°C~125°C. This external regulator requires a voltage of 2.3V~3.6Vas its input voltage. 14 terminals are present on the electronic component.
