EL7563CM Overview
The voltage regulator 12v has 1 outputs. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable (Fixed) output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~85°C. This voltage regulator 12v reaches a switching frequency of Adj to 1MHz. The regulator is capable of operating with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. As shown in the table below, adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is equal to 1V. A maximum design flexibility is provided by the 5A output current of voltage regulator. There is a maximum input voltage of 3.6V for this voltage regulator 12v. By using the 2.5V's maximal output voltage, adjusting voltage regulator can operate easily. In the EL7563 family, this part palys an important role in DC DC switching regulator's traget applications.
