This harley voltage regulator is available in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package for the purpose of space saving. DC DC switching regulator is configured with 1 outputs. There are output pins on this DC DC switching regulator that generate Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. Voltage regulator's switching frequency reaches 1.4MHz.
