Space is saved on the board by using the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package.To pack telecommunications equipment, the way of Tray is used.Surface Mount is used as telecommunications equipment mounting type.3 circuits make up this telecom IC .When the voltage for 3.135V~3.465V is provided, improved efficiency can be achieved.0°C~70°C is a temperature setting that is reliable when telecom switching comes to performance.There are 144 terminations can be found in telecom switching configuration.A 3.3V supply voltage is required to operate it.It uses a PCM TRANSCEIVER type telecom IC.A 220mA supply current is required to operate telecom equipment .
