DS3153N Overview
In order to save space on the board, 144-BGA, CSPBGA packages are used.For telecommunications equipment packing, the Tray method is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.Telecommunications equipment consists of 3 circuits.The supply voltage of 3.135V~3.465V can increase efficiency.At -40°C~85°C, reliable performance can be achieved.There are 144 terminations can be found in telecom switching configuration.A 3.3V supply voltage is required to operate it.The type of telecom IC it uses is PCM TRANSCEIVER.A 225mA-volt supply current is used to operate telecom equipment .
