DS3153 Overview
Space is saved on the board by using the 144-BGA, CSPBGA package.For packing, Tray is used.Telecommunications equipment is mounted using Surface Mount.Telecom circuit is made up of 3 circuits.3.135V~3.465V can be supplied wtelecom IC's efficiencyh a voltage that enhances efficiency.Telecom switching is possible to achieve reliable performance when the operating temperature is set at 0°C~70°C.Configuration of the telecom circuit shows 144 terminations.There is a voltage supply called 3.3V that it uses.The type of telecom IC it uses is PCM TRANSCEIVER.There is a supply current of 225mA for telecom equipment to operate on.
