DS1210S Overview
There is a packaging of Tube materials included in the package. A 16-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) has been provided to save space on the board. There are several types of Nonvolatile RAM and it is a high-quality and reliable type. Setting 0°C~70°C as the operating temperature is recommended. To ensure the proper operation of the unit, a voltage of 4.75V~5.5V must be supplied. The mounting technique is based on the Surface Mount method. In order to prevent signals from reflecting back from the transmission line's end, 16 terminations are used. 5V is the device's supply voltage. A 16 pin is configured on the board. A component's tolerance for high temperatures determines the reflow temperature limit 245. Data transmission is ensured through 3 channels. An analog IC of this type is designated as POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT. Voltage must be higher than 4.5V as the minimum value of supply voltage. There is no damage or degradation of the characteristics of an internal circuit when it is exposed to a maximum voltage of 5.5V.
