DS1013-70 Overview
The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tube. With the 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 5V. As a mounting method, the technique Through Hole is used. There are 1 taps and steps configured for it. DUAL is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 14 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 5V is provided. It is logically typed as SILICON DELAY LINE. It can be operated with a supply voltage of 4.75V as a minimum. Using a maximum supply voltage of 5.25V is acceptable for it to operate. It is an active component of the CMOS family.
