There is a copy of it in the 100-BQFP package. It's packaged in the shape of a Tray. A temperature of 0°C~70°C should be maintained for reliable operation. If you use a 4.75V~5.25VV power supply, you should have no problem. It is currently possible to obtain 335mA.
