CY7C4831-10AC Overview
The 64-LQFP package contains FIFO memory chip.It's packaged in the shape of a Tray .The FIFO chips have a memory of 36K 2K x 9 x 2 that can be used to store applications and data.To ensure reliable operation, the temperature should be regulated to 0°C~70°C .The FIFO memory's mounting type is Surface Mount .It uses a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V to operate.This memory logic is part of the CY7C series.Memory IC's maximum operating supply current is 60mA .High efficiency is possible with a supply voltage of 5V .In FIFO means, there are 64 terminations.Vsup is set to 5.5V (FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage).For normal operation, keep the supply voltage (Vsup) above 4.5V .
