You can find FIFO memory chip in package 32-LCC (J-Lead) .In the shape of a Tube , it's packaged.In addition to storing applications and data, the FIFO chips have a memory of 144K 16K x 9 .Regulating the temperature to 0°C~70°C ensures reliable operation.There is Surface Mount mounting type for this FIFO memory.Operation is based on a supply voltage of 4.5V~5.5V .It belongs to the CY7C series of memory logics.There is a maximum operating current of 35mA in memory IC's supply.When the supply voltage is 5V , high efficiency is possible.FIFO means contains a total of 32 terminations.With the help of this FIFO memory, RETRANSMIT can also be generated.The FIFO memory IC's maximum supply voltage is set to 5.5V .In order to ensure normal operation, the supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 4.5V .
