CY7B994V-2AXIT Overview
As a clock IC, it uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. There is a clock generator embedded in the 100-LQFP package. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be LVPECL, LVTTL. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 200MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 2.97V~3.63V available for use with this clock PLL. As determined by the test statistics, the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. LVTTL is designed for clock generator's output. A Clock Buffer, Fanout Distribution is a classification for the electronic part in question. RoboClock? series electronic parts are included in this product.
