CDC950DGG Overview
As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tube method. A Clock PLL is included with the 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package. In this clock generator, Clock, Crystal is used as the input to the clock. For full access to the electronic component's capabilities, 1 circuits are implemented. An up to 133MHz frequency is provided by this clock-based RF synthesizer. Thanks to the Surface Mount, this electric component can be conveniently installed on the panel. There are 3.135V~3.465V different supply voltages that can be provided for this RF synthesizer. By calculating the test statistics, 0°C~85°C is the appropriate ambient temperature. CMOS, HSCL is designed for clock generator's output. As far as electrical parts go, this component can be classified as a Clock/Frequency Synthesizer component.
