CAT8801YTB-GT3 Overview
A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. To assist you, this PMIC includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. As a result of this supervisor's operation, the output voltage is Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
