BQ4013MA-85 Overview
There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tube case as well. 32-DIP Module (0.61, 15.49mm) case encloses it. The memory size of the chip is 1Mb 128K x 8 Mb. As with most mainstream devices, this one uses NVSRAM-format memory. Due to its extended operating temperature range, the device is well suited for a wide range of demanding applications. A supply voltage of 4.75V~5.5V can be applied to it. It is recommended that the mounting type be Through Hole.
