ADR280ART-R2 Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used. This program uses the handy Tape & Reel (TR) package.Various terminations with 3.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.2V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient. The voltage reference ic has 3 pins. The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed NOT APPLICABLE.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount. It must be supplied with a voltage of 2.55V at a minimum. In this test, the voltage reference circuit is tested for its greatest voltage output 1.205V.There is 1.195V voltage lower than 1.195V at the output of the voltage reference ic.85°C is its maximum ambient temperature. It is recommended that the bottom temperature of the voltage reference ic be -40°C.
