ADM809JART-REEL7 Overview
There are 3 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. As a reference, this IC power includes TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 functions for your convenience. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products as well. IC management is specified that the package peak reflow temperature should be 240. IC management conducts in a 5V-voltage supply. There is a voltage supply of 1 for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. Power management has a total of 3 pins. Surface Mount mounting is recommended. You should set the supervisor's temperature during -40°C~125°C TA . While in operation, this supervisor has a voltage output of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
