ADG936BCP-REEL Overview
It uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package in order to optimize the performance of the RF Switches.A RF Switch consists of 20 terminations.As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~85°C, RF Switch should perform well.The RF switch ic has type General Purpose RF.It is possible to supply 1.65V~2.75V volts to the RF Switch.
