ADF4360-5BCP Overview
The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. Clock PLL is embedded in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package. A maximum temperature of 240 can be sustained by this clock generator ic during reflowing. It contains a total of 24 terminations within RF synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3.3V. In this case, CMOS is designed to be the input of the clock generator.
